We have a phased approach to our location and initially offer over 100 individual lots. The full build-out will be 800 lots, each at least 12' wide with varying lengths to meet all needs. In addition, we provide 24/7, 365 access through our gated entry.
Our site is built using 2" gravel to keep mud and debris off of your personal possessions. Fully fenced with 6' chain link plus barb wire. We also live on-site to provide an extra layer of security.
We are located right in the heart of Alberta's beautiful Tri-Lake area. Nestled on the northeastern shores of Lake Isle. We offer all paved, direct access off Highway 633 approximately 3 km's from Darwell. 40-45 minutes from the west leg of the Anthony Henday Drive in Edmonton. 7 minutes off Highway 16/Yellowhead Trail.
